Prof. Dr. Serdar KORAL is an internationally respected academic, higher education leader, and advocate for peace-focused learning. With a career spanning more than two decades across multiple continents, he brings to the Mazovia University of Science and Technology (MUST) a unique blend of academic excellence, global vision, and a deep commitment to shaping the next generation of socially responsible leaders.

Dr. KORAL holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations, with specializations in peace and conflict studies, global diplomacy, and intercultural communication. He has held academic and administrative positions at renowned institutions in Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. His academic journey is marked by a consistent focus on promoting dialogue, critical thinking, and ethical leadership in higher education.
